The hotel offers clean rooms with a view over the reserve, although they are quite small if you get the room only at check-in. Despite feeling busy at the end of the season, it must be hectic during summer.
My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The room I stayed in was spacious, with two separate balconies – one even had an outdoor day bed and a fantastic jacuzzi. Mari, one of the staff members, took excellent care of us throughout our time there. The hotel is conveniently located in Playa de Muro, with a beautiful sandy beach and plenty of amenities for both adults and children to enjoy.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with amazing wrap-around balconies offering fantastic views of the mountains and sea. The outdoor day bed and superb jacuzzi were definite highlights. However, there was a recurring sewer smell in the afternoons and evenings which was a downside.
The hotel was perfectly situated with a great view of the bay and hills beyond. The rooms were good, with a comfortable bed and fresh bathroom. The kids' playground and green areas added to the charm. The service was a mix of excellence, especially the restaurant staff and the overall experience was lovely. The location near Albufera Nature Reserve was nice and clean, with spacious surroundings. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks in the dining options and language barriers.
